Service Description

This class teaches children ages 4–12 the fundamental awareness and physical skills needed to protect themselves in real-world situations. Students will learn how to identify unsafe situations, create distance, escape grabs and holds, and respond effectively under pressure. Each class is structured with a warm-up, technique instruction, and partner drills. No sparring — just practical, age-appropriate self-defense skills your child can actually use. No experience required.
